Somen Salad
From the Kitchen of: Mary Cesar

 

1 pkg. Somen, boiled
1 large head of lettuce, shredded
ham or char siu, sliced thin
2 scrambled eggs, sliced thin
1 kamaboko, sliced
3 green onions, chopped
2T sesame seeds

Sauce:  

2T sugar
1t salt
1/4C cooking oil
3T vinegar
squeeze lemon juice
2T Shoyu  

Toss somen with veggies and meat.  Mix sauce.  Add sauce just before serving.
